MOCC in Claude and ChatGPT
Connect MOCC to the AI assistant you use, and ask for what you need in plain words: make mockups with the customer’s logo, create the order, make the quote and send the customer the link. The assistant shows you the mockups before anything is sent.
What you can ask for
- «Read the e-mail from North Bay FC, make mockups with their logo on a navy hoodie and T-shirt, create the order and the quote.»
- «Make the logo 10 % larger across the whole project.»
- «Switch to a white logo on the dark garments.»
- «Which orders go into production this week, and which are missing garments?»
- «Set embroidery on the left chest, Madeira thread and Pantone 2767 C on the production sheet.»
- «Create a share link with the quote and send it to the contact person.»
How to connect
Go to Settings → Connectors, press Add custom connector and paste https://app.getmocc.com/mcp. Press Connect and sign in with your MOCC account. Turn MOCC on in the tools menu of the chat where you want to use it.
Add a custom connector (MCP) with the address https://app.getmocc.com/mcp in the settings for apps and connectors, and sign in with your MOCC account.
Create a key in MOCC under Settings → AI assistant, and run the command shown there. It adds MOCC to all your sessions.
Connecting with sign-in in Claude and ChatGPT opens soon. Until then, MOCC works in Claude Code with a key.
What the assistant can do
Customers and logos, products with saved placement, projects, mockups in full quality, orders and production sheets.
Projects with mockups, more garments, share links, orders and order drafts, quotes with your prices, logo size and colour, and values on the production sheet.
The share link by e-mail to the customer, in your company’s name, only when you ask. Replies from the customer go to you.
Safe to use
- The assistant gets the same access you have in MOCC, and no more.
- Claude and ChatGPT ask you before using tools that change something. The tools are marked as read-only or changing.
- Nothing is sent to the customer unless you ask for it.
- You can revoke access at any time under Settings → AI assistant, or disconnect in Claude or ChatGPT.
- What the assistant fetches is processed by the provider of the assistant. Read more in the privacy policy.
What you need
- MOCC Pro or Print shop. Orders, quotes and production sheets require Print shop.
- A Claude or ChatGPT plan that supports custom connectors.
