From approved mockup to finished print files

When the customer has approved the mockups, the job continues in MOCC. The quote becomes an order, the order gets its place in the production calendar, and the print files are made from the same measurements the customer approved. No retyping of quantities, no new measurements.

How an order flows

  1. Quote. MOCC calculates the price from quantities, print prices and garment prices. The customer sees garments and print separately, and approves in the same link as the mockups.
  2. Order. An approved quote becomes an order with one click. The order page shows the garments, quantities per size, the mockups, notes and the next step.
  3. Calendar. Drag the order to the day it will be produced. A large order can span several days. If an order comes in by phone, create an order draft on the day and connect the project later.
  4. Print files. One click makes the files for the printer: DTF gang sheets, sublimation, DTG or vinyl, at the right size and in the quantities from the order.
  5. Delivered. The progress follows the steps you use, and everyone in the company sees where each order stands.

Print files ready for the printer

MethodYou get
DTF and UV DTFGang sheets in your roll width (for example 56 cm), with the artwork packed tightly on a transparent background. Names and numbers on separate sheets per size.
SublimationMirrored A4 or A3 sheets with a white background.
DTGOne file per placement at print size.
Vinyl (flex and flock)A mirrored SVG at the right size for the cutting plotter, when the logo exists as a vector.
Screen print and embroideryThe artwork in high resolution, the original file and measurements per placement, for the films or the stitch file.

The files have the resolution stored (300 dpi by default), and MOCC warns you if a logo’s resolution is too low for the size. A print list and a README file come with the zip file.

What you get

Who is it for?

Print shops and suppliers of branded and team apparel who today keep the mockups in one place, the orders in a spreadsheet and the print files in a design program. With MOCC it is one job from the first mockup to the finished sheet.

Questions and answers

Which plan do I need?

Orders, calendar, quotes and print files are included in Print shop. See pricing.

Can I use my own prices?

Yes. You enter print prices, fees and garment prices once under Settings, and the quotes are calculated from them. You can show garments and print separately or as one combined price.

Do the print files work with my RIP software?

The files are ordinary PNG or TIFF files with a transparent background and the resolution stored, and open in any RIP software. The white underbase is made by the RIP software as before.

What if the customer supplies the garments?

Choose that the customer supplies the garments. The quote then has the print price only, and the order shows whether the garments have arrived.
